3.1 Contract Document Usage
IMPORTANT: Your uploaded contract documents may be anonymously used by Protractor to improve our service and AI models, but they will NEVER be shared with any third parties, including AI model providers. All personal identifying information will be removed before any internal use for service improvement.
We anonymize all contracts by removing names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and other personally identifiable information before using them to train or improve our systems.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. If you select our Expert Review option, we will share your contract information with our network of legal professionals who provide the review service. These professionals are bound by confidentiality obligations.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your information.
